TRAINING DURATION

 

Project Management Fundamentals

There are many scheduling options possible. 

The following schedule is very well received by our clients:

8 x 3 hour modules, conducted as a 4 week training of 2 x 3 hour sessions (morning and afternoon). 

 

Project Management Essentials and Exam Preparation

This is typically a 36 hour class, with - in addition to the "Fundametals" content - specific exam preparation topics and practice exam questions.
